Compressor oil is mainly used to lubricate the cylinder, piston ring, bearing, speed increasing gear, crank connecting rod and crankcase lubrication system of compressor. The proper viscosity can make the compressor play a good role of lubrication, cooling and sealing under the working temperature and pressure, and ensure the normal operation of the compressor. The good oxidation stability is due to the fact that the discharge temperature of the compressor is usually 120 ℃ ~ 200 ℃, which may reach 300 ℃, and the compressor oil is easy to oxidize and deteriorate at high temperature. Compressor oil must have the following main properties:
1. Proper viscosity
Proper viscosity can make the compressor play a good role of lubrication, cooling and sealing under the working temperature and pressure, and ensure the normal operation of the compressor.
2. Good oxidation stability
Since the discharge temperature of the compressor is usually 120 ℃ ~ 200 ℃, it is possible to reach 300 ℃, and the compressor oil is easy to oxidize at high temperature to generate oil sludge.
3. Good tendency of carbon deposition
There is carbon accumulation in the exhaust system, which will make the exhaust valve not closed tightly, and the cooling effect is poor, so that the exhaust temperature will rise, the compressor will fail, even fire and explosion, so the compressor's carbon accumulation tendency is required to be good.
4. Good resistance to emulsification, corrosion and foam resistance.
The compressor oil is easy to be mixed with condensate and air, which makes the oil emulsified and deteriorated, increases the corrosion and wear of parts, and oxidizes the oil. Therefore, it is required to have good anti emulsification, anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation properties.
