[purpose]
This product is mainly used for heat transfer medium of electronic components. For example, the heat transfer medium at the gap between the high-power transistor (especially plastic tube), diode and base material (aluminum and copper plate); the heat transfer insulating material for rectifier and electrical.
[precautions]
The product has good process performance and can be applied by brush or roller;
The storage period of this product is 1 year. There will be a small amount of oil left after long-term storage, and it can be stirred evenly during use. This product is stored and transported as non dangerous goods.
Thermal silicone grease can not contact strong acid and alkali. Even if trace acid and alkali are heated, it will lead to gelation of silicone grease. Lead, selenium and tellurium will accelerate their gelation. Therefore, these substances should not be allowed to contact directly with objects or containers of lead or tin.
In order to maintain the characteristics of thermal conductive silicone grease, impurities shall be prevented from polluting during the storage and use. The surface of tools and devices treated with this grease must be cleaned and dried with detergent before treatment.
